Chosen by UNICEF for the Christmas cards it sold worldwide in 1964 — the first Indonesian artist so honoured, by the estate's account (estate biodata, p.2). The estate's caption dates the woodcut to New York, 1956; Enin Supriyanto's Half a Century of Indonesian Printmaking (2000) reproduces a “Homeward (Pulang)” dated 1960–63. The date awaits examination of the impressions. Estate caption (kertonart.com gallery): “New York, 1956 / Woodcut / 51.8 cm x 31.8 cm”. Dimensions follow the caption’s order; height and width are unconfirmed.
